About:Baggage Allowance for International Flights

I am planning to fly with Air China from Qingdao (Shandong) to Sydney (Australia). However, my flight with Air China will have a transfer in Beijing for 4 hours. Will I be able to check-in my luggage once and have it transferred from Qingdao straight to Sydney (so I do not need to get my luggage and check it in again at Beijing airport?)

You don't have to check your luggage again if you just make a transfer there.
