I have brought a mobile phone on ebay on 03/12/2010. it was shipped on 08/12/2010. the tracking number is RR968690524CN. i have contacted the seller. he says he has already posted the mobile and will not refund me. first,i want to know where my item is? second,please can any one give me the china parcel post office email. thanks

I get that your mobile phone was sent out from Guangzhou On Dec 12, 2010. The the email address <span class="clspost">chinapost.com.cn|web183</span>.

Till December 12, your item has departed from outward office of exchange . But no more information can be traced after that.
