Will be visiting  this cold province on the eve of Chinese New Year this yr. Any good tips on keeping warm. Good food no pork base or sea food base only scale fish and lots of veggie.

You need to take very warm clothes such as long feather doen jacket, wool sweater, boots, plus gloves and hat. For those veggie food ,you can go to Sui Yuan Ju Veggie Restaurant at 12 Beixuanqiao Jie, Nangang District for a taste.
