About:Chinese Embassy in South Africa

Hi,
I have been working in China for some years now, with different contracts from my company. Now i am married to a Chinese national, and she has obtained permanent residence in South Africa. Is it possible to have permanent residence in China, or at least a long term visa. It will be helpful if i do not have to apply for a visa every time a have a new contract, or when the old visa expires.
Best regards.

It is very hard for you to have permanent residence in China or a long term visa because your Chinese wife has obtained South Africa Permanent Residence Permit. please refer to https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/permanent-residence-permit.htm for more information about China Permanent Residence Permit.

If your Chinese wife resides in China and didn't obtain South Africa Permanent Residence Permit, it is possible for you to get a long term visa.
