Airport bus Line 3 is still available at midnight. You can take it to Beijing Railway Station. The hotel is half a kimometer from Beijing railway Station. You can take a taxi to the hotel. As far as I know, the shuttle bus will stop at the west gate of the hotel when it running to the airport, but not when it come back to the city center. So, you can use it easily when you are leaving.
