It takes 4 working days to process the visa, you need to bring your passport, one passport photo, filled visa application forms (Form V2011A and Form V2011B), round-trip flight tickets, the Costa Rica residence permit and its copy to the China embassy. It costs about 30 Pounds for single entry visa, you can change it into the currency of Costa Rica.
