About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I would like to ask some information about my chines visa. I am holding F visa and it was expired last January 20,2011 and my question is if i can apply for L visa to go back in China. and what would be my requirements to get another visa. I have my french husband working in China. please tell me all the details. I am currently in Hongkong now and arrive in Manila on the 1st of February.thank you and looking forward to hearing form you! Regards Angelo

You can apply for L visa to go back to China, but you can't obtain L visa in Hong Kong because you doesn't work or reside in Hong Kong, you can apply for L visa in the Philippines. You can refer to the link of Tourist Visa on this page to find the requirements, it is not hard for you to get one because your French husband works in China.
