Hello, I ordered a package from china post around early december and the tracking number is RR932742732CN, and it still hasn't arrived in Vancouver yet. I know, I've tracked it and it says "departure from outward office of exchange" since Dec.16 in Guangzhou, and it stays in that until the package arrives in Canadian Customs. I have also contacted the seller many times and he said the package is in some sort of trans-shipment center in France waiting for a plane to Canada?? Can someone please help me and find out where it is, if possible?? Thanks

Your seller may tell you the truth, since I see that the post service in most countries has been stopped because of the heavey snow.

Mr. Nick- Thanks for your response.
But it seems odd that it it being delayed this long, because it never snows in Guangzhou and I have purchased from this seller before in November and it only took 9 days to arrive in Canada and this time its close to 50 days and counting. He also said there were no direct cargo planes from China to Canada, which is funny because China and Canada are in constant trade. I know its because of the overload during Christmas and New Year's, but this is almost ridiculous... anyone know why its taking almost 2 months to arrive?? Tracking number is RR932742732CN. Thanks for helping

Maybe your were cheated by the seller, or your parcel was lost during the posting. I think the only way now is to consult this with the seller.
