If you have your laptop, you can of course go to starbucks and some other fast food restaurants/cafes, you can get online there for free.0

yes have , they charge 3-5RMB per hour.need to bring pasport with you to internet0

Internet cafe requires us to check by Id card for chinese citizens ,they requires Passport from the foreigners,
