About:Chinese Zodiac

If the Chinese New Year is in February and myself being born in Janurary, then why am I the same sign as someone born in the following November?

Chinese New Year is not always in Feb, sometimes in Jan. So, it depends on which year. What's your birthday? I may help you check it.
