About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

Hello,

I have tried to call the Consulate all day (I am up to 15 calls) with no answer(not very impressive).

I have a simple question, if I cannot bring my documents to the office personally, can I send someone else. Do I need to sign a form of permission?

Thank you!

You can entrust others (your family or friends) or a travel agency to drop your application to Chinese consulate in Toronto. The form of permission is not required.
