maybe, you can write him an invitation letter, together with copies of your passport and China visa page.

Mr.nauman, you can go to the local police station where covers the place you live in Zhengzhou to get the invitation letter, if the police station doesn't issue the invitation letter, either, you can try to write an invitation letter in person to send to your brother together with the photocopy of your passport, copy of Chinese visa page on your passport. Your brother has to submit the relationship certificate.
