About:Chunyun - Spring Festival Travel Rush in China

We want to take a train from Guangzhou (east) to Shenzhen on 22nd February 2011. Will there still be a lot of people traveling then, due to the Spring Festival, and would we have to book tickets in advance? If so, how and when do we do this? We arrive in Guangzhou on 15th Feb. Thanks.

The passenger flow volume will be a little decreased at that time. Since it is said that Guangzhou Train Station now has adopted real-name system on ticket booking, you would better buy the tickets at train stations as soon as you reach Guangzhou on Feb.15, 2011. Good luck!
