Need to make an itinerary for a 14 day trip from DC to China and back via 2 day stay in Hong Kong. Want to visit Beijing, the 1000 soldier place, great wall, and need suggestions for what else to see. Would like to take the Yangtze cruise and visit Shanghai too. Thanks in advance

1000 soldiers place? You can visit Beijing, Xian and then to Chongqing for cruise ship to Wuhan. Then take bullet train to Shanghai. You can see Hangzhou then. After that, fly to Hong Kong.
