Hello,  I am Seyi from Nigeria., Am about to apply for a student visa in China, what is bothering me is that, i had been to The Gambia and i was given a month permit as it is west africa, but i later pay there tax and have there resident permit., so i stayed for 4 month,i lost the permit and i am thinking maybe this will affect me getting the china student visa ,pls advise., as i am so confused on what to do.

Dear Mr Seyi.                According to chinese government law regarding Nigeria passport holder.You can only apply in Nigeria where you hold the nationality.
