I WISH TO GO TAIWAN ON 31 JULY 2011 TO 4 AUGUST 2011,IS IT HOT?any typhoon at this period?

It is the hotest month and typhoon season in Taiwan. The average high temperature may be about 33C. It rinas a lot. You need to pay attention to the weather forecast everyday and take an umbrella with go outside.
