I lose my passoport, so I am planning to apply a new passport on Feb 2, I already bought the fight ticket. then, one of my professor reschedules a test on Feb 3, then he needs a letter of appointment that prove the passport reapply.otherwise I will get zero on it. But we donnt need to make a appointment to apply, so can you send me a letter of appointment?
