I am Belicia citizen,and i need to go china and get some goods for my business,please i want to know whether i can get visa in Costa Rica or Mexico embassy.please i also want to know,if i can send my passport through DHL to you for visa and i also want to know all i need[document]to apply for my visa.thank a lot.

You can get China visa from China embassy in Costa Rica. The China embassy in Mexico has not accepted China visa application from applications of Honduras since from June 1, 2009.
