About:Chinese Consulate in Perth

Can I apply China Police Clearance from here (Perth)?
I need it to complete my PR application.
I studied 4 years in Beijing (2004 - 2008).

If yes, what documents do I need?
If no, how can I get it?

You can't get China Police Clearance from China consulate in Perth, you have to go to Beijing in person to get the China Police Clearance from the local police station which covers your residence in Beijing.
