From Beijing to Lhasa, there is only one train T27, which takes about 44hrs and the ticket price for one soft sleeper is around CNY1200. For the tickets, you could book online directly. As for Tibet tours, you could refer to the page for more info.: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/tour/tibet/
