hi,i'm planning to travel tibet from 25th may to 3rd june this year.

hi,I'm planning to travel tibet from 25th May to 3rd June this year. However, I was told by one of the travel agency that during that time, there will be a big ceremony for the 60 anniversary of the peaceful liberation of Tibet and travel agencies can not get permit for late May. Is it true? Do i really need to change my travel date? Thanks
