About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

I have a stopover in Shanghai over 13 hours on my way back to Seoul from Melbourne.
Do I need a visa just for one night stay. Or can I stay in the airport lounge.

Regards

If you hold Australian paspsort, a visa is not required for less than 48 hours stopover in Shanghai, you can also leave the airport to visit this beautiful city without a visa.
