About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

Hello,

I am a Filipino currently in Kuwait and I would like to apply for L visa. What are the requirements.

Also, the mother of my kids is in China holding Z visa... She is married to his legal husband... Can she applied for me for Z visa also since we have kids?

Dear Ms. Helper,

Regarding the mother of my kids...
-Is it possible that I can be the accompanying adult of our kids if they will visit their mother in China. The names of our kids are registered under mine and their mother as seen in the birth certificates.

Regarding L Visa
-Do I need to get an Invitation Letter from China friends?
-My Kuwait residency will be expired by June 2011, is it ok to travel to China then exit going home country Philippines?

I will apply then for an L Visa in the Philippines when I come home this March.

How about Z Visa: 1. Can I apply Z Visa for myself and go to China to look for work or, 2. the company in China is the one responsible for the Z Visa?

The mother of your kids can't apply for Z visa for you because you are not regarded as a family member of her. If you are her husband, it is possible for you to apply for Z visa as dependent.

The requirements for L visa are:
1. your passport
2. one passport photo
3. one filled visa application form
4. Kuwait residence permit
5. A No-objection letter from the your company stating your position ,monthly or yearly salary;

Maybe your application will be denied if you make the visa official known that you have kids with a Filipino women but not married. In countries of Middle East, it is immoral.

for L visa application, you don't need an invitation letter from China friends

your application is possible to be refused because your Kuwait residence is not valid for 6 months.

Mr.Josh, to apply for a Z visa, you need to find a job from China first, then, your employer can send you the required documents for Z visa application. You can apply for an L visa anyway.
