Applications by post are not accepted. Applicants should submit their applications in person or entrust a third party to submit their applications on their behalf to the visa office of Chinese Embassy in the Netherlands. Appointments are not required. Interviews may be required by the visa officer if necessary. Visa may be refused without detailed explanation.

You are required to submit the following documents:
(1) A valid original passport.
(2) One completed Chinese Visa Application Form
(3) One recent passport photograph affixed to the visa application form.
(4) "Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit" or "Confirmation Letter of Invitation" issued by the Chinese government departments, companies and social organizations authorized by the Chinese Foreign Ministry.
(5) Dutch residence permit and its copy
