i want to visit guangzhou for my my bussiness trip with my wifemy children on march

Question

I want to visit GuangZhou for my my bussiness trip with my wife and my children on March 2011. But because of some problem with our order in GuangZhou we need to go at this weekend and we don't have time to make China visa for my wife. Can we have VOA service for my wife at the Baiyun Airport Guang Zhou at Saturday (Jan 22). We have been 6 times visiting GuangZhou since March 2010. Last time we came to GuangZhou on Dec 27 2010. It is vary hard to get VOA at the Guangzhou Baiyun Airport excempt you get a letter from an authorized Chinese government office, such as Foreign Affairs Office or Bureau of Economy and Commerce, to explain the emergency and allow your wife to get a VOA. The chance is slim.
