sorry for super late reply, my father now is very sick, he had a stroke, can't write and can't talk, can't walk at all.
i have his original birth cert. immigration papers, alienation papers and etc. with me and photo copies, he is Chinese Citizen, my mother is filipina, my birth cert.is phil citizen. but when i go to phil. embassy they wont give a a phil passport, they keep telling me that i can't bec. i am fathered by a foreigner.
