From Jan 1, 2011, "Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit" or "Confirmation Letter of Invitation" substitutes the Original Visa Notice Sheet, you need to provide "Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit" or "Confirmation Letter of Invitation" for Business Visa application

1. Invitation & Original Visa Notice Sheet are two different documents, the Invitation Letter can be issued by a legally registered company in China, but the original Visa Notice Sheet is issued by Chinese Government, or Foreign Affairs Offices and Bureaus of Economy and Commerce, and departments and units recognized by the Department of Consular Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China

2. you need the both documents.

3. You can't get the original visa notice sheet, your inviter in China should get this document for you.
