We maybe staying at mariners club hotel at tsim sha tsui.. is there a transportation from our hotel going to disneyland by means of train?? and how??

You may take HK MTR Tsuen Wan Line from Tsim Sha tsui to Lai King, transfer to Tung Chung Line to Sunny Bay, finally change to Disneyland resort line to Disneyland.
