About:China Consulate in Houston

My wife's China passport has expired. We live in Florida. She will return to China this summer. I know She needs to go to Houston, Texas for renewal. What does she need to take with here and what ae the fees? How long does it take to renew?

Your wife needs to take the following documents to apply for Chinese passport renewal in person:
1. one filled China passport application form
2. two passport photos
3. original Chinese passport
4. photocopy of her Chinese passport
5. certificate of legally residing in USA and its photocopy, such as Green Card, Work Permit,I-20 Form or valid US Visa

The fee is US$ 55, it takes 1 month
