My residence visa in UAE will be expired on July 2011 and my passport on August 2011. Im planning to have a vacation on May-June 2011. My question is can I exit Philippines with a one month validity of my residency and two months validity of my passport?

I'm afriad that you can't exit Philippines with a passport with two months left validity. It is not wise to renew your passport because the UAE residence visa on your present passport. If you won't return to UAE after your vacation on May-June 2011, you can renew your passport first, then go on vacation.
