Is the Chengdu Panda Breeding and Research Centre now open for tourist?

Are tourists allow to take picture with the panda?

How much will it costs and usually at what time to have a picture taken with the Panda?

yes, it is open 08：00-18：00 all year round. It seems that it's not allowed to take picture with the pandas.
