Indian nationals are not permitted to apply for China visa in Hong Kong if they are not work or reside in Hong Kong. If you really want to go to Shenzhen for 4-5 days, you can try to apply for visa on arrival at Luohu, Huanggang or Shekou port of Shenzhen.
