About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

my husband is now working at cambodia. his company wants to send him to china for a seminar. where will he apply for a visa

He can apply for a China visa from China embassy in Cambodia if he holds Cambodian residence permit or work permit which entitles him to live in Cambodia for an extended period of time
