hello, I am intending to plan a trip to Taiwan in early August. Is it advisable to do so?

It is very hotel in August in Taiwan, the temperature can be high to 35C. It is also the typhoon season with aboundant of rainfall. Generally, it is not advisable to go to Taiwan at that time.
