Ms.Sri, you can re-enter Hong Kong to take your return flight ticket. Indian nationals are exempt from visa to Hong Kong for 14 days per entry.

Mr.Getin2china1 thinks that you want to return to Mainland China, so he replies that you can't return to Mainland China because the single entry on your business visa has been used.

Your itinerary is India - Hong Kong - ShenzhenZhen-another city in Mainland China - Shenzhen - Hong Kong, right?

this visa only have one entry to China, when you transit to Shenzhen thru HK, it is means you have used up the single entry.
