Hello There, My boss & his business pasrtner are due to fly to Shanghai on Saturday & we were going to submit a visa application this morning, however, one gentleman must now travel to Italy tomorrow with his passport.They have been invited by Nanjing Highnew Technology Industry Development Zone Administrative Comission & are to enter talks with the government at a later stage during their visit.Is it possible for them to get a via upon arrival in Shanghai?I look forward to hearing from you.Kind Regards,
