About:Chinese Consulate in Lagos

My Chairman(Nigerian senior Citizen) to go on business travel to China, . Can the VISA be obtained by the Company's Protocol Officer( without asking my Chairman to go to Consulate office)

Is it possible or Not?

Applicants must come to the Visa Hall in person to submit the applying documents according to the time appointed (every Monday, Wednesday & Friday Except holidays). Your chairman has to go to consular office
