About:Harbin Weather

We will Visit Harbin on Feb 15-18, may I know what temperature would be, what to wear and is there any snowfall I can experience then?

Also, is the Harbin Festival Snow show is still there operating on that date?

Need your comments and advise.

The temperature would be about -20~-7C during Feb. It is extremely cold so that you need to wear very warm clothes like long down jacket, fur coat and wool sweater. You have great chance to see snowfall in Harbin in Feb.
Harbin Ice and Snow Festival(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/attraction/heilongjiang/harbin/ice_snow.htm) began from January 5, 2011 and last for over one month. Thus it may be over on Feb 15, but you can still see the ice and snow sculptures.
