I would like to know if I coul see the Lantern Festival at march 4, 2011. And th Ice and Snow world, is it the same? Can I see on marh 4, 2011?

They are not the same. Lantern Festaival is on lunar Jan 15, every year. You mean the ice lanterns in Harbin during the Ice and Snow Festival? It will be finished in the end of Feb. So, you will miss the ice lanterns in Harbin if you come in March 4.
