About:Chinese Embassy in Greece

During mars 2011, my wife and I, we are cruising by ship in far East. The ports ,we are viosing is mars 20,2011 in Shangai (From 08:00 to 22:00 in the evening of the same day) and mars 26,2011 in Sanya Hainan Island (from 14:00 to 20:00 in the evening of the same day). Do I need a visa?
Visa requirements are:-greek passport valid for six months
-1 recent color photo
-application forme
-and ?
Please reply.I do not hear very well
When can I visit you?

Yes, you need a single-entry China Travel Visa(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/tourist.htm) if you will go to visit Shanghai and Sanya(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/hainan/sanya/) Besides the requirments you list, you also need to provide the travel itinerary of the cruise ship with the stamp of the cruise ship company.

Supplementary answer to my previous reply: You can apply for China visa in January or February if you go to China on March 20, 2011. A single-entry visa is only valid for 3 months, it is advisable to apply for China visa one month before the departure.
