About:China Visa

Dear ;Sir I live in pakistan and i am pakistani citizen my friend is in Bejing and he invites me and i will remain in his house.what are requirements for visa. please inform me. thanks with best regards

Please read China embassy in Pakistan(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/pakistan.htm) for details. Since you need a tourist visa, and you are required to book a tour to China(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/tour/default.htm) first, and your friend from China may not able to invite you in this regards.
