Hello i will be arriving at guangzhou baiyun airport coming from dubai to guangzhou and guangzhou to manila, travelling to manila via guangzhou, can i go out from the airport during my layover? do i need visa? can i just go back before my flight to guangzhou baiyun to manila i wanted to visit the clothes shop
