About:Chinese Embassy in Vietnam

I would like to apply for a visa to visit China some time in April 2011. I am wondering if it is best to apply for this visa in
London or can I do it in Kuala Lumpur or even Hanoi? Thank you for your help...

You'd better apply for a visa to China in London through CVASC. Chinese embassy in Hanoi may refuse your application because you're only temporary visitor there. China visa is valid for 3 months from the issue date, so you may start processing now.
