Hi, just like to know how is the weather in this part of Taipei, Miaoli from the 24th Feb till the 3rd of mar 2011? Will it be very cold and will it rain very often during this time of the year? And where will recommend to us to stay if we want to travel to some of the places of attraction which are near to Miaoli? Thanking u , whoever u are in advance for your kind info.

The temperature is around 20C in Miaoli of Taiwan then, warm and dry. As for the accommodation, you may just stay at the hotels or guest houses in Miaoli County.
