About:Hainan Travel

My father is 88 years old and went to Hainan last week to see his ancestral home in Wu Shu and want to repair the broken home. Can someone tell me what is the present land law relating to anccestral home ownership and do we need to register with any land office etc.... Your assistance is very much appreciated Tks

Do you have any proof or certificate that can prove that the house belongs to you? If so, no need to inform the land office about your repairation. If not, do make an enquiry about that before starting to repairing your house.
