About:Shopping in Guangzhou

Hi i want to buy few stuff in GZ between 20th & 25th JAN 2011, will the shops be open or will it be China new year celebration holidays?

The shops are open at that time. Some may be closed during China's Lunar New Year(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/essential/holidays/spring-festival.htm) .
