I need to travel to shenzhen tomorrow with my husband due to his urgent business trip for few days.I was running out of time in applying chinese visa from china embassy in malaysia. My husband hv a valid business visa on his passport and i hv never been to china before. This is my first holiday trip to china. Can i apply VOA in Luo Hu port on Saturday or Sunday (15Jan or 16Jan) if i depart via HK?

I guess that it is hard for you to get a VOA in Luohu port because you have never been China and there is no previous China visa on your passport. I also hear that Malaysian citizens can't apply for China visa in Hong Kong. You can try to apply for VOA in Luohu, if your application is denied, you have to return to Hong Kong.
