Question

I a Namibian citizen but am studying and base in Lugansk. I want to visit the Republic of china this summer Holiday as from the 04 July 2011-20 July 2011, but the embassy email and contact number is not accessible at all time i am calling and  the email is not  been delivered. and i want to enquirer regarding the visa application, the fees and how long does it take for the visa to be ready as in from the day of application, and when do i have to apply for a visa if i want to be in china as from the 04th July.I have been trying the embassy in kiev and in odessa and i am sure i have the correct contact that i got from the chinese embassy website. or many a times the phone is just ringing and not been picked uppls help as soon as possible.

China visa is valid for 3 months in general, and the regular processing time is 4 working days. So, if you will visit China on July 4th, you can apply either in May or in June. Visa fee is US$60 for a single entry.
