About:Business Hours in China

i want to visit wenzhou between 20 to 30 january. please let me know whether china optical( spectacles) market is open between these dates. also let me know what is the best time to visit wenzhou so that i can find good stock at good price

All of the markets are open then. it seems to be a shopping festival from October to November every year in Wenzhou. So why not go at that time?
