Take any city buses at causeway Bay to Hung Hom first and then use the MTR to Lo Wu through East Rail Line, Hong Kong(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/hongkong/transportation/mtr-rail.htm). Pass the border, you can find Lowu Shopping Center nearby.
